Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate how supervision would moderate the relation between caregivers` job stressors and satisfaction in order to improve the career stability of caregivers inthe care facilities. Data were collected from 215 caregivers working in care facilities by a convenient sampling method. We used hierarchical moderating regression analysis and simple slope comparison to test moderating effects of supervision. The result showed that the association between the boss relationship and the job satisfaction was statistically significant and also that the moderating effects of supervision were statistically significant. It means that the stressor of boss relationship decreased caregivers` job satisfaction and that the supervision buffered the negative impact of the stressor on their job satisfaction. The implication and suggestion were discussed in a theoretical vein and in practice for a further study.
